RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with GBrands Philippines! We strive to provide high-quality motorcycle gears and gift products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or request a refund. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy below for detailed instructions and guidelines.

 

RETURNS

1.1 Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
    • The item must be in its original packaging.
    • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for returns:

      • Gift cards
      • Downloadable software products
      • Personalized or customized items

1.3 Return Process:

If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support via Facebook Messenger within 30 days of receiving the product.
Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for return, and any relevant details.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.

1.4 Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases where the item arrived damaged due to our company’s fault (as outlined in the Damaged Items section below).

1.5 Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

1. Reporting Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support via Facebook Messenger within 3 days of receiving the damaged item.
Provide your order number, a video of unboxing the package, and close-up photos of the damage as proof.
Our customer support team will review your claim and provide further instructions within 3 days.

2. Investigation Period:

We will conduct a thorough investigation within 3 days to determine the cause of the damage. During this period, we may request additional information or clarification from you if necessary.

3. Return Process:

If the damage is found to be caused by our company, we will guide you through the return process. You will need to send the package to our store address at Batangas City. We will refund the shipping charges for the return if applicable.

4. Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method. We will also refund the shipping charges for the return, if applicable.

Please note that all refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Please read our cancellation policy below for more information.

Cancellation window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, our system will begin processing your order, and we may not be able to cancel it.

How to cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. You will need to provide your order number and a reason for cancellation.

Refund: If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If you cancel after 24 hours and processing has not yet started, we will issue a full refund. However, once the processing has started, the order cannot be cancelled and any down payment made will not be refundable.

Partial cancellation: If you want to cancel part of your order, please contact our customer service team. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but please note that partial cancellations may not always be possible.

Cancellation due to product unavailability: In rare cases, we may have to cancel your order due to product unavailability. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

Cancellation due to pricing error: In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
